Each bearing consists of a pin and a sleeve on which the rollers of the chain rotate. The pin and sleeve are surface hardened to allow them to be hinged together under high pressure and to withstand the load pressure transmitted by the rollers and the impact of meshing.

Conveyor chains of various strength have a series of different chain pitches: the minimum chain pitch depends on the requirements of sprocket teeth for sufficient strength, while the maximum chain pitch is usually determined by the rigidity of chain plate and general chain. If necessary, the rated maximum chain pitch can be exceeded by strengthening the sleeve between chain plates, However, clearance to clear the sleeve must be retained in the teeth.

It is suitable for transporting all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets, etc. bulk materials, small articles or irregular articles need to be transported on pallets or turnover boxes. It can transport single heavy material or bear large impact load.
